All suites are majestically decorated and of similar size (except for spa and presidential suites, which come with extra facilities and treatment rooms). The 20th floor is the setting for the serine Banyan Tree Spa. High Altitude Dining
Ascending to the top of this magnificent building, the top three floors all contain an award winning restaurant. On the 59th floor is the Banyan Tree’s signature restaurant, Saffron. A delectable establishment found in all the Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, this fine eatery serves innovative Thai inspired dishes for lunch and dinner, and a brunch of Asian and Western fare on Sundays.
The 60th floor is the location for the highly acclaimed Bai Yun. The most luxurious Chinese restaurant in the city, presented to discerning diners is delicate nouvelle Cantonese cuisine in a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere overlooking the city.
