As with it’s somewhat more well-known neighbor Hua Hin, Cha Am is also a popular holiday destination for holidaying Thai’s due to its proximity to Bangkok. The beaches are nice, the water is clean and if you come here on a weekday, you’ll probably have the entire beach to yourself. With a quiet almost non existent nightlife, this seaside town is great for families with young children those seeking peaceful evenings and a more relaxing alternative to Hua Hin and Pattaya.
