First enter the requirements for your
booking (rooms, dates, name(s)), you will
see a detailed breakdown regarding these
details and the total booking price. Review
it carefully! If there is anything wrong,
click the ‘back’ button to alter them.
If you are satisfied with them, click
the ‘booking request’ button to proceed
with the enquiry. You will then be asked
to fill in a little bit more information
required to send this enquiry.
Given that you entered a valid email
address, you will receive an answer within
a few hours. However, due to different
time zones and weekends, this can be delayed
by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
If the room is available and you wish to confirm, you will be asked to secure the booking with a credit card payment.
When the booking has been settled (in full) you will then receive an electronic payment voucher to be shown on check-in at the hotel.

Please review the cancellation policy by matching your check in date with the correct travel season. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers’ requirements, and can be summarized as follows. |
